1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Signs by Gina, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all custom sign products, vehicle wraps, laser engraving, and related services.

2. Order Placement and Approval Process

All orders require a formal quote approval before production begins. Once a quote is accepted, we will provide a digital proof for your review. Production will not commence until we receive your signed or written approval of the proof.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is typically due upon order approval unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large custom orders, a deposit may be required before production starts.

4. Proofing and Client Approval

It is the client's responsibility to carefully review all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, layout, sizing, and color. Signs by Gina is not responsible for errors approved by the client during the proofing process.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled after proof approval but before production has started may be subject to design and processing fees. Orders cancelled after production has begun will be billed for the materials used and labor performed up to the point of cancellation.

6. Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork to Signs by Gina, the client warrants that they have the legal right to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted materials. Signs by Gina reserves the right to refuse any artwork that we deem inappropriate or legally questionable.

7. Color Disclaimer

While we strive for color accuracy, please note that colors viewed on computer screens or mobile devices may vary from the final printed output. We will match provided Pantone, CMYK, or HEX colors as closely as our equipment allows.

8. Limitation of Liability

Signs by Gina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
