By placing an order with Signs by Gina, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all users of our website and customers of our services.

2. Services

Signs by Gina provides custom sign design, production, and installation services. All orders require a formal quote approval and digital proof review before production begins.

3. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Signs By Gina including order updates, proofs, invoices, missed call follow-ups, and review requests. 4. Payment Terms

Payment is typically due upon order approval unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large custom orders, a deposit may be required before production starts.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork to Signs by Gina, the client warrants that they have the legal right to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted materials. Signs by Gina reserves the right to refuse any artwork that we deem inappropriate or legally questionable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Signs by Gina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
